2009 was a special year for Playa den Bossa Ibiza,. It truly was the dawn of a new beginning. Having made its mark over the years with open air parties in favored haunts like Space’s legendary terrace or Bora Bora beach bar dancing under the jets as they carried thousands of clubbers in their droves, both veterans and the addition of the latest groups of naive souls who’s lives are about to be changed forever on arrival to the island of dreams.

No one could have predicted the uprising of Ushuaia beach bar. Located at the top of Platja den Bossa.

A chic, stylish, kicky beach lay out, where the beautifully elegant and trendsetting groovers come to revel in the sunshine. Another surprise of 2009 was the wednesday take-over in this stunning quarter with none other than top doggers CADENZA… Luciano and co make Ushuaia their own, the deep seducing soundscape was like no other.

This was the islanders party, to have the privilege of coming was like having the key to the island. It brought the community together. No-one dared ask where to go on a Wednesday as common knowledge came into play and it was assumed you’d be by the booth.
